Through absolute dedication to a quality machining service, we have attained official tender list recognition on Chevron Texaco and Total Oil refineries, of which we are very proud.

All of our on-site machining operations include the issue of finely detailed certificates showing comprehensive information to the customer! No longer does the customer hope machining has been done to the highest standard - our certificates will show exactly what our standards are, and what has been done.

When required, photographs are taken before machining and survey data is recorded, then after machining is completed photographs are again taken with post machining survey results together with accurate surface finish roughness analysis. Our certificates offer the customer a total specification analysis including: pre and post machining concentricity, flatness, and metered surface finish roughness which is becoming more and more important with new gasket finish requirements.

Machining with short lead times too! Quality and speed of delivery is our primary aim.
An extract from a customer letter of 14th June 2002:
