Through absolute dedication to a quality machining service, we are proud to have attained official tender list recognition from Chevron, Texaco and Total Oil refineries, as well as a series of companies in other sectors.

All of our on-site machining operations include the issue of finely detailed certificates showing comprehensive information to the customer.  You don't have to hope that machining has been done to the highest standard - our certificates will show exactly what our standards are, appropriate traceability and what has been done.

When required, photographs are taken before machining and survey data is recorded, then after machining, photographs are again taken with post machining survey results -together with accurate surface finish roughness analysis. Our certificates offer the customer a total specification analysis including: pre and post machining concentricity, flatness, and metered surface finish roughness - a factor which is becoming more and more important with new gasket finish requirements.

Machining with short lead times too.  Quality and speed of delivery are our primary aims.
An extract from a customer letter of 14th June 2002:

"On behalf of TFE, I would like to express our thanks for your efforts in supporting our shutdown repairs. To respond as you did to a 19.30 call, to reschedule the site machining works and to be on site and setting up by 20.30 was a significant achievement.
