To compliment on-site machining, we also provide a controlled Hydraulic Bolt Tensioning / Torque tightening service. All of our technicians are trained to the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) National Skills Development Scheme (NSDS) Units PF015, PF018 & PF019 Element 6 standard.
Our equipment is 'State of the art' with safety features that are not found on earlier designs. All ANSI and API flange pressures can be easily calculated on our sophisticated software that can predict optimum joint integrity sealing loading and offer printed certificates to prove joint integrity.
